这家新酒店位于55号州际公路旁，国会大厦南侧，靠近亚伯拉罕·林肯纪念堂，所以别指望能看到树林景色。不过，我们非常享受那间干净整洁的大床房，房间面积比其他房间都大。我特别喜欢浴室有两个门，一个通往卧室，另一个通往厨房/起居室区域。我们下午抵达，凯莉热情地接待了我们。她注意到我们是钻石会员，并提供了水和小吃。当天晚上，我们还在前台，凯莉笑容满面地拿了艾米墨西哥卷饼和精益速食，准备在超大的冰箱厨房里加热食用。厨房里餐具和其他餐具一应俱全。登录Netflix账号非常方便。房间里有两个大衣橱，储物空间充足，方便我们分类存放物品。床很舒服。要是能有一个扁平的枕头就好了，因为他们那种蓬松的（高档）枕头我不太喜欢。我想我应该可以打电话给前台要的。健身房和泳池区域很干净，虽然我没用，但还是想去体验一下。我们很喜欢退房时间是中午，这样我们就可以在回家前好好读读书（也写这篇评论），毕竟回家路上很难找到片刻宁静。早餐一般，但考虑到食物价格和人们的饮食选择，也算可以接受……没有新鲜水果。燕麦粥空空如也。重新加热的煎蛋卷，嗯……不过，有冰凉香甜的香草酸奶，装在自动售货机里，这种服务方式很实用，而且因为减少了塑料的使用，也更环保。真希望我能看到……（此处原文疑似拼写错误，无法翻译）。还加了格兰诺拉麦片和葡萄干，还不错。鸡蛋是未剥壳的冰凉硬鸡蛋，所以不用担心别人碰过会不舒服。餐具是真正的盘子和碗，而不是塑料的。有果汁、华夫饼、麦片、一些百吉饼和糕点。所以，考虑到所有因素，早餐种类还算丰富，因为大多数客人都喜欢华夫饼和甜食。足够让人以相对健康的方式开始新的一天。我还会再次入住，而且很喜欢它靠近 I55 高速公路。

This place was very very good thanks to Kayleigh who was very very helpful and understanding my friends and I wants….And last but not least Kel thank you for the great customer service you made my stay outstanding

We paid 260 for a stay and then upon arrival were told our room was given to someone else because we didn't arrive exactly at check in time and it was upon a first come, first serve basis . Luckily ********** took care of the situation and issued a refund since the hotel itself said it was beyond their control.

Everything was neat, clean, and well organized. Shaina was especially wonderful, she helped me fix my payment mistake. I had never stayed in a Home2Suites before and I will seek these out in the future. Our bathroom door didn’t shut lock but it wasn’t a big deal for me.

All hotel staff was so friendly and the room was spacious and clean. The only downside of my stay were the pillows were not comfortable at all. I will definitely stay here again though if I am in the Springfield area. I appreciated the staff hospitality.

The Staff was great, very welcoming for our hockey team and families! Shout out to Shaina for tolerating all the shenanigans! Clean and very large rooms. Plenty of seating in the lobby with lots of snacking options. Again super accommodating for a group of hockey kids!
