Check in was a breeze. Henry was working the front desk and was incredibly kind and friendly. This extended beyond our initial interactions with him, as he also warmly greeted us as we left for dinner as well. We had a king size room, which was clean and spacious. The kitchen area was stocked with everything guests could possibly need. Bed was comfortable. WiFi was great. The location of the hotel is within a few minutes drive to Easton, as well as many other shopping and dining options. I would definitely stay here again the next time we are in town.

Guests services.

Breakfast was good. The lady who worked that area on The 13, 14 and 15th was amazing. Very pleasant. She helped me carry food for my elderly mother and Aunt. In their 80’s to the room. She wrapped the food placed it on trays and went with me! Very nice lady. The front desk personnel not so much. Seemed preoccupied. Nobody cleaned the room in between stay. Trash was left, no clean towels, no toilet paper. I asked lady at the front desk to bring clean linen, towels…she wanted to hand them to me to take up but I was leaving for the evening. She did take the items up later that night. The rooms should be cleaned daily. I don’t care how long the stay is. The lady at the desk mentioned that the rooms are not cleaned daily. There was not. DND sign on. The door. My mom and aunt would have been quite impressed if the room had been cleaned and trash taken out. At least make a policy to ask the guest if they want daily housekeeping service. These guests are over 80 years old with walkers and oxygen tanks and should not have to try to make beds and remove trash. Checkout was easy without issue.

I absolutely loved it here . Will definitely be back! Upon check in the staff was super nice and helpful. Although there was no pack and play . ( not to the fault of the hotel just the people that stay ) they went above and beyond . The hotel was beautiful and having a fridge microwave and A DISHWASHER 10/10 .i will def be looking for home2 suites more often . The breakfast as well was very good and not your average wack breakfast . Finally so I can stop typing, it is in the middle of a field but the shops are only conveniently 1 mile away so an uber or Lyft would be cheap!!!

No a safe place to stay

I would never stay here again.The hotel itself is clean and new looking but there was no security on duty on a Saturday night with Ohio State football playing.The result of this was at least 10 cars windows smashed and broken into including ours which was parked close to the entrance and “security car”.The staff did not care and offered no help except to take a shop vac and start cleaning up the glass at people’s car and around when the owners of the cars didn’t even know yet their car was broken into.I asked them not to touch our vehicle and when came back with husband they were at our car cleaning up.Nobody offered any help or a manager was not called just to check on your customers even.This obviously was not the first for this and is very negligent on their part not to have security on duty to prohibit this from happening.A false sense of security with having a security car parked out front with no one on duty on a busy weekend.I will never stay here again or recommend.It is not safe and cost many people quite a bit of money and time and emotional anguish.Also the fire alarm went off late at night and then again early
