酒店很新空间特别大，住起来很舒服
很棒的地方，早餐很棒，员工很友好
这家新酒店真的很棒，很舒适。早餐非常棒，适合打包带走。燕麦粥里有白巧克力碎、蔓越莓干和红糖可供选择。还有炒鸡蛋和培根，以及几种面包卷/面包可供选择。
房间干净，闻起来也很干净！
一切都干净舒适。唯一的缺点是浴室里没有备用的卫生纸或纸巾。
所有员工都非常友好和乐于助人，尤其是我们的入住登记员Gracie！
我付了两晚的房费，但当我准备入住酒店时，他们却取消了我的预订，因为他们只接待三晚客人。而且，他们还扣留了我的款项。我要求他们立即退款。
我订了两张大床房，入住时被告知只有一间特大床房，房间超额预订了。我要求降低特大床房的价格，却被告知无法降低价格。
真让人沮丧！
我们要求入住一楼房间，却没有得到满足。我们的房卡每天都被停用，不得不更换。第二天早上没有热水。我们不会再来了。
