Can’t recommend this hotel enough, particularly if you are traveling with young children. We were traveling with our 9 month old son and having a kitchen, fridge, sink etc. made it so easy. The staff was so kind and friendly, it was clean, the breakfast was delicious…one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. The close proximity to all the shopping and dining was also very convenient.

The hotel was clean. The staff was friendly. Therr are plenty of restaurants and entertainment options nearby. The parking lot has plenty of spaces and is well lit at night.

This hotel is one I would recommend. The staff was very friendly and went above and beyond. The room was overall clean, very spacious (double queen bed room), and had great amenities. The in room kitchen is a great feature to have. There is a couch in front of the tv. The tv is mounted, which can be adjusted via tilt and angle. Streaming services are available (you must log into to your own account). HVAC system was clean and room was well circulated, thermostat works well. The bathroom was well lit, and there are separate doored rooms within the bathroom for the sink/mirror and the shower/toilet. The one downside was the shower floor is textured which appears to be very difficult to clean as the shower floor was somewhat brown. There were also small specks of mold in the corners of the shower (within the caulking). Overall would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

We were charged an inflated rate, mishandled and treated poorly despite the hotel’s error being clear.

I booked using ******* and later called to extend the stay, the receptionist explained to me they couldn’t extend the stay due to third party limitations but that upon arrival, we could book the additional night at check-in. During our stay we received a call from the hotel and was told we had to check out and that our room was already booked for another guest. After showing proof of an e-mail I received from Hilton with the correct dates, the manager proceeded to pass the blame onto us. Over 2.5 hours later, we were accommodated in another room paying the inflated rated. Later that evening, we had to deal with a staff member who was visibly intoxicated and/or high at the front desk while the manager tried to dismiss the situation. The entire experience was unprofessional, stressful and disruptive to our plans. Clearly, they have incompetent people working here and they help each other cover up their mistakes. It is unfortunate because the hotel itself is great, it’s centrally located with clean rooms and comfortable beds. Lesson learned, triple check the information provided and get everyone’s name.
