The bed, pillows, and comforter were perfect after a long day on the road. Room temperature was comfortable and the shower was just what I needed to great ready for the day. Also enjoyed the breakfast.

This was my first stay at a Home2 Suites. I was amazed by the size of the room. The lobby was large too. This property is less than a year old. There were a few customer service issues. The young woman at the front desk who checked us in was efficient but not overly welcoming or friendly. The coffee urn in the lobby was out of regular coffee before the breakfast bar opened. If demand is that high early in the morning, I recommend putting out two urns of regular coffee at least on the weekends. Also the refillable shampoo bottle was out in the shower. I was glad I had my own with me. This is a perennial issue at hotels, but more luggage carts for guests would be helpful too.

ROOM WAS VERY VERY CLEAN AND SPACIOUS. LOVED IT. HOWEVER COULD HEAR KIDS PLAYING OUTSIDE IN THE HALLWAY AND FROM THE FLOOR ABOVE
