Really nice cozy place, us the 16 of us who were here split between 2 rooms absolutely enjoyed it here. Service here was grea!!

I actually stayed at this hotel last month and I ordered the Bourbon salmon entree and it was amazing!! Super juicy, full of flavor and it came out hot and fast. Hannah was very friendly and easy to talk to. When I came back this month I automatically knew I had to come and eat. I ordered the same thing and it was perfect again. I got to meet the chef this time in passing and had to thank him for his talent. He was humble and thanked me for dining with them instead. I will definitely return to this hotel again and next time bring family and friends for the delicious food and great service. Thank you chef Dre and Hannah!

Beautiful hotel, fresh and immaculate. We visited the Coast Bar & Grill for dinner. Pleasantly surprised by the quality and taste. A lovely Spinach & Strawberry Salad with grilled chicken breast was fresh & berries flavorful. Hubby had Grilled Salmon, Broccoli & Rice. Beautifully seasoned & cooked. Chef Dre has a skilled hand! Our server Katie was attentive & helpful. Meal was a bit pricey but worth it. Will definitely stay here again.

不幸的是，我们目前就住在这家酒店。晚上10点半左右到达时，我们拿到了房卡，然后去了房间。床上到处都是头发，床单和枕头上都有。我下楼去要求更换床单和枕套。回到房间后，我发现他们给我的被套是标准双人床尺寸的。我又下楼去，工作人员找不到加大双人床尺寸的床上用品。他给我们安排了一间新房间，但这间房间的床上用品也到处都是头发。我让工作人员过来查看一下，以便他们意识到这个问题一直存在。一位新的工作人员找到了合适的尺寸，所以我自己把原来房间的床上用品换掉了。我带着一个急需睡觉的婴儿，但工作人员却丝毫没有表现出任何紧迫感。他们能做的最好的补偿就是送我们两杯星巴克咖啡，而我们根本不喝咖啡。之前那位工作人员说会送些零食或星巴克过来，结果餐厅偏偏关门了，而且他也没具体说要“补偿”什么。我以后绝对不会再住这家酒店了。而且这家酒店的热水也不热。我给前台发了短信，当然，他们也没回复。
总的来说，这次入住体验很棒，因为员工非常热情友好，乐于助人。虽然遇到了一些小问题（这种情况总是难免的），但他们很快就解决了。酒店最近重新装修过，看起来现代、漂亮又干净。让我惊喜的是，酒店里竟然有一家不错的餐厅和酒吧！服务一流，食物也很美味。这可能是我们这次入住体验的亮点！不过，我有两个主要的不满：1. 停车费竟然要12美元/天！不是代客泊车，也不是停在安全区域，而是仅仅因为可以停在停车场。这简直太离谱了——尤其是对于钻石会员来说！我们是来探亲的，想住在附近。我们住的地方离海滩和历史街区都不算近！2. 没有免费早餐？等等……竟然没有早餐！酒店后面明明有个设备齐全的厨房，完全可以轻松解决早餐问题。酒店里虽然有星巴克咖啡吧和小吃柜台，但这根本无法替代一顿丰盛的早餐。好在街对面就有一家华夫饼屋。我给它打分：员工友善，A+！设施不错，A！餐厅和酒吧是亮点，A+！没有早餐，F！停车费，F-。
我选择商务酒店的唯一标准是希尔顿集团旗下酒店是否提供HBO频道。我选择威尔明顿双树酒店完全是因为希尔顿应用程序上显示该酒店客房提供HBO频道（电视高级版HBO、CNN、ESPN）。但实际上，客房里并没有HBO频道。
他们居然要收停车费！！不像市中心那种有代客泊车的高档酒店，就是一个普通的停车场，只不过老板想从你身上多收12美元一晚。这简直就是变相敛财。这种酒店你肯定想不到要收费，前台也不会提前告知。而且，你还得浪费20分钟，从输入网址跳转到十几个页面回答问题。真是烦死了！除了这点小麻烦，这家酒店其实还不错——新、干净、服务也好。
忘了说了，房间里的水一瓶要12美元。注意！我们当时很累，也很感激能有个地方住，但是，就这间狭小的房间来说，价格实在太贵了。
