I just want to say that Brandon Boswell, Anyssa, Melitta, Demetri, Jeremy Dawley, and McKenna at the Residence Inn are some amazing professionals! They were kind, helpful, and willing to assist with anything that my team and I needed. The establishment was so clean and the rooms were fantastic! If I come back to Montgomery, I would definitely come back. Great staff! Great Professionals! Great Hotel!

I appreciated the atmosphere and the distance from the museum. Nick was friendly and helpful, especially with getting our bags. His warmth was a nice addition to the experience. In reality, everything was great... the staff, the guests, and the food. An A+ experience overall

The night before my reservation Cordaryl called me to tell me they had overbooked my room type. He upgraded me and my friend to a suite. Want to thank him for taking the time to call ahead and let me know so I could accept or reject this change. I accepted and was very happy with my room. Cordarly extended great customer care in doing this as opposed to telling me upon arrival. He is an asset to Hilton. I recommend staying at this property as I will do when in Montgomery again.
