Great location, just down the road from Louisville Slugger museum and surrounded by distillery houses. Located straight over the road from Kentucky International Convention Centre. Facilities and staff were excellent and their restaurant has the BEST steak I have eaten in a very long time! Would happily recommend this hotel!!!

In Louisville for an impromptu family reunion and selected this brand new hotel both for our accommodations and for dinner at the steakhouse on Saturday night. We pulled in the driveway and were immediately impressed by the striking horse head sculpture, which set the tone for all the beautiful Kentucky horse race and bourbon themed appointments throughout the public spaces. Our Corner King room had everything we could've wanted, from bath robes and slippers to the upscale in-room coffee machine, and a bar cart with a full assortment of top shelf liquors and mixers. Wonderful, soft bedding and extra pillows that came up immediately on request from housekeeping made for a very comfortable night’s rest. (The electric shades also allowed us to sleep in Sunday morning!) Our table at The Steakhouse was near the back by the open kitchen, where we were able to experience all the action first hand. Our server Robbie as a true professional and guided us to some outstanding selections from the menu, including the truffle butter topper and roasted garlic for my Ribeye steak and the garlic croissant roll. Couldn't pass up the tableside drink service for a wonderful margarita. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this beautiful and exquisite venue!

This review is long overdue. We stayed at this beautiful hotel for my husband’s 50th birthday trip. It is conveniently located in downtown Louisville close to everything. The hotel is everything you could want and need. First off, the staff was exceptional. Everyone we met was professional and courteous. A special shout out to Stephon with the Concierge and Courtney at the Front Desk. We really appreciated the champagne and welcome letter upon arrival to begin our celebration. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable and well- appointed. The hotel offers nice amenities included a rooftop bar and pool and a Cadillac Escalade shuttle service. We never had to take our car out the entire weekend. It is within walking distance to many restaurants, distilleries and attractions in downtown Louisville. The hotel also has a wonderful restaurant on-site where we had breakfast. This is one of THE BEST hotel stays I have had in many years. They have really instilled the concept of hospitality within their employees. We will definitely return and continue to recommend this property to anyone traveling to the Louisville area. This wasn’t just a place to sleep but a major highlight of our trip.

GREAT HOTEL!! This is an excellent experience the staff went over and above to make sure everything was perfect on my stay. The bar staff is very knowledgeable about all things bourbon. The vallet service was awesome even at 3 am Trey and Joe! Overall AWESOME!!

Our family of four just returned home from Louisville. My husband was attending a conference for work at the hotel and I tagged along with our two older children. The hotel is in a great location! We were within easy walking distance to plenty of restaurants and sights near the Whiskey Row part of town. The staff were top notch- huge shout out to both Kim and Courtney for helping us arrange check in and checkout so I could get on a call for work! Our room was spacious and very comfortable. We didn’t love the under bed lights so much in the middle of the night—too bright! But the beds were comfortable and the shower was lovely. The rooftop pool and spa were amazing! I would stay here again just for those amenities! It was a cool view from the top and such a relaxing space.

My wife and I travel quite a bit and have stayed in some very nice hotels and resorts including some Michelin Key properties. Hotel Bourre Bonne will be at the top of all the hotels we've experienced thus far! Everything was perfect, and I previously worked in the hotel industry so I can usually point out flaws immediately. We stayed for our anniversary and they went above and beyond at every turn to ensure we had an amazing stay! The food is absolutely delicious and we loved the steakhouse. Kara was absolutely fantastic! My biggest pet peeve when dining at a nice restaurant is being rushed, and her timing could not have been more perfect. The breakfast and service by Regina was also amazing. The rooms are beautiful and I highly recommend the corner rooms. They are huge! The rooftop was so much fun and Brooke took excellent care of us! My only small complaint is that the rooftop pool is freezing. We cannot wait to return though!!

Exceptional small hotel with beautiful decor, great staff and a really yummy breakfast menu. The room was lovely, spacious with nice bathroom amenities. Location was great for walking to local bars and the distillery shop fronts. We would happily come back and stay when we visit again - Louisville captured our hearts! Blockout blinds in the rooms would make the rooms perfect.

酒店很漂亮，很新也很干净，但是房间很小，设施也很简单。泳池太小，根本没法游泳，照片上看起来比实际大得多。入住体验还算可以，直到我被收取了一瓶我根本没喝的酒的费用，以及另外58美元的其他费用。过去几天我打了十几次电话，每次都只响铃几分钟就自动挂断了。真是太让人抓狂了！下次我肯定不会再来这家酒店了，也建议你们不要来。
真是个糟糕的休息场所！六楼的DJ播放的音乐震得四楼的房间都晃动，一直持续到过了午夜。我确实觉得这家酒店很漂亮，装修也很棒，但除非我想熬夜，否则我绝不会再来！街上的噪音已经够让人受不了了，酒店里居然还有DJ吵得人睡不着觉，这简直是设计上的缺陷。这家酒店或许适合某些人，但绝对不适合那些想要好好睡一觉的人。还是回街对面的迪斯蒂尔酒店吧，那里的体验棒极了。
