I loved the property!! The only thing that was inconvenient was that they didn’t approve my digital key and I had to go to the front desk but everything else was perfect. We will definitely go back!

It was a great hotel. I just didn't like the parking situation. There was parking available in a parking garage across from the hotel but its not very well lit or secure. I had to pass by a man sitting exit at the top of the stairs of the parking area. I was carrying my suitcase, purse and trying to hurry and navigate those stairs. Not enjoyable 😒 Also, when i selected directions from the email, i was routed to a totally different area! I was routed to 1st ave in the down town area of Phoenix, somewhere by the police station! I had to manually enter the address into google maps and then the correct location showed up. Not a great experience 😕

My stay was good. I just did not like the parking fee. They charged me nightly. There was not enough parking and I had to park on the roof and still paid $10. A night.

Location isn’t great if you are looking to walk around. Not much to do in the area. However, the hotel is clean and comfortable. Nice rooftop pool. Parking ok, small lot and then ramp of lot is full (which is usually is). Ice machine didn’t work well. Breakfast is a plus.

Everything was great the only thing that there was empty shampoo and dead batteries in the remote. It was taken care of rather quickly.

Perfect for our needs - super clean and all the amenities needed. Breakfast was good and rooms were nice and wide/big. Didn’t use the pool or workout facilities because we weren’t at hotel much but when we were it fit our budget and needs so well. Bargain for the level of service and amenities and location. 13min to Airport and 5min to main ***** of shopping and stores.
