The room was exceptionally clean and the bed and pillows so comfortable! Appreciated the extra space and shelves for the bathroom. Would definitely stay here again.

This hotel was super clean from the rooms to the bathrooms and the common spaces (lobby, breakfast, lobby bathrooms, etc). The rooms were also VERY spacious which was much appreciated. The beds and pillows were comfortable! The gym was clean and nice - got the job done. Location of the hotel was super convenient (great location if you want to do the bourbon trail and stay in Louisville). I appreciated the coffee that was out 24/7 and the hands free water bottle refill station in the lobby. Parking was easy and convenient. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Louisville!

Staff and service only rated "average" because room service is only offered every other day. Also, delay when I wanted to pay cash at checkout. First time at a hotel that was hesitant to accept cash.

Clean spacious room. A/C worked beautifully. Staff was very friendly. Fresh towels everyday of our stay, which was so nice since we were in town for a festival.

great hotel-not great amenities
The only two downfalls was the bed was very hard, the pool closed at 10pm and no hot tub or bathtub. The hotel itself was clean and service was great but I will stay somewhere else in the future due to the pool hours/no bathtub or hotub and the hard bed.

The room was exceptionally clean and the staff was wonderful. We loved the pool and the fitness room. The breakfast bar was fantastic. Our floor had a lot of noise late into the night, unfortunately, due to many kids in town for a soccer event so that was less than ideal but not a reflection on the hotel by any means.

Looks nice, sleeps terribly!
Bed is terribly hard and you can’t set the a/c fan to ON to block out the hotel noise.
