1) The toilet was not properly cemented down and clanked around.
2) The air conditioning system could use an explanation on the thermostat in the room. I had to call the front desk three times before someone finally came to help me out. It was 77* in my room.
3) I used the iron which spilled some water on the floor - in about a one foot square area- and a white washcloth was filthy after I dried it. Disgusting.
4) Same thing happened in the bathroom. In there I used the bath mat to dry the floor.
I expected better from Hilton. I was very disappointed.

We were impressed by friendliness of the staff both night and morning equally kind. One stop stay with their mini shop of snacks and other basics, great coffee 24/7 and yummy free breakfast. Oh; and no skimpy travel soaps with eco friendly refillable containers of lotion, body wash, shampoo and the best ... conditioner!

We got a great recommendation nearby for dinner. I did read on other reviews about a great breakfast but actually it was just fair. Nothing more or less than most others. Most free breakfasts have gotten so bad I don't even usually go down but really little things like just having a good cup of coffee and yogurt goes a long way.

The gym had good equipment and was the best I’ve seen in a motel ever. Love that water and the ice machine were located next to the elevator and easy to access.The bed was super comfy and the shower/bathroom very nice.

Great clean newer place! Set up was was pretty cool and everything looked very nice clean and well taken care of! Will definitely be looking for more stays at Tru hotels!

Or good at all. The card key maker wasn’t working so if we wanted to leave the room we had to be let back in by staff.
Room was tiny. No frills at all. No bath mat, only 2 bath towels.
Bed was ok.
Staff had to make a comment about how we booked through a third party, like it’s a bad thing. I’m wondering if that’s why we were given such a tiny bare room.
Will not stay here again.
