Staff was all so friendly!! Everyone I met was so bubbly and personable. Room was perfect and the bed was so comfy and the pillows were the best, my neck actually didn’t hurt this am.

The person who checked us in, Joshua, was very kind and helpful. We arrived at 2am and any issues that we had, he fixed for us right away! The breakfast was nice with lots of options and the rooms were pretty clean as well.

The staff is EXCEPTIONAL and we LOVED them all.
The room was a salesperson express or something. No place to put clothes, (no dresser,no coffee maker) the air-conditioner was noisey and vibrating all night. The bathroom door did not close properly and one could have easily gotten stuck. The room is next to the elevator but they didnt soundproof the walls, so all night....ding dong,ding dong...elevator running.
Like I said the staff is excellent, the room was VERY clean and so was the bathroom.
The breakfast is nasty. The scrambled eggs were ok, but were cold in the pan, the sausages were gross... the were grey and unedible, there NOT browned or anything in that way. You can tell it is just "TRU" Being cheap and wrecking HILTONS name. I stay in hilton all over the globe. This one needs a good going over in management not the staff.... sorry I cant recommend it. The food is just to gross and the builder definitely did a hack job putting it up

I was very pleased with the cleanliness of my room and all the common areas. Loved the large shower and king bed. Everything you need is addressed. I would have liked a makeup mirror . The squeeze soaps, shampoo and conditioner are very nice . Staff was friendly and helpful. Loved the pancakes and good coffee !

The room was exactly what was needed. I like the squeeze bottles for the soap, etc. please, include more gluten free food options at breakfast.
