No hot water!!!! and reported it to the staff and they said there was nothing they could do about the issue. There kept saying they had a plumber coming to fix the issue . Piss poor response !!! They said they need the GM permissions!!!.

All of our front desk staff is here to accommodate everything they can for the guests, but when it comes to certain issues, they do not have access to programs that would require them to do certain things. If you don't mind, would you have ******* contact us in regards to your reservation. Unfortunately, you have booked with them, and you paid them. We would need them to reach out in order to do anything past the check in process.

Great property. New. Good variety of breakfast options. The only odd thing was that rooms were too be cleaned and only one bed was made up and the other left unmade. Not sure what happened there. But overall a great stay in a new hotel.

酒店2025年才开张，环境好，干净舒适。 酒店的泳池是用海盐消毒，不伤害皮肤。酒店周围有无数的餐厅，还有影院和保龄球场。马路对面就是Richmond Mall, 是这小镇最繁忙的商业区。
这里非常适合过夜。床超级舒服。办理入住的工作人员非常友好高效。我们没有使用健身房，但看起来空间很大，器材也很棒。我们已经把它列为下次来此的首选。
