The hotel is very clean and new. The rooms were nice with all the amenities you would need. The hotel staff was helpful and friendly, They had a good breakfast with lots of options to choose from. I found it a convenient location to Carrboro and Chapel Hill. The area was busy but we didn't notice any loud noise either in the hotel or nearby.

My aging parents live near by and I need a place to work and have some head space. The room was cleaning and staff was friendly. Work area allowed me to do conference calls and work comfortably.

I stayed at this hotel for one night in August 2025. Check-in/checkout: Laneeka, the Front Desk Supervisor, provided a professional, warm and efficient check-in when I arrived around 7:30 p.m. Jason was working at the front desk when I checked out and it went very smoothly. The room: The a/c worked well and housekeeping was pretty good. I noted some items for maintenance when I checked out and felt like they would be addressed. The hotel has been open around 9 months (as of late Aug 2025). The pool was not available for use, per the front desk supervisor when I checked-in, due to needing to complete some inspection items. The gym was conveniently located off the main lobby and looked spacious and well-equipped. Breakfast in the lobby had the usual fresh fruit, juice, coffee, water, grits, eggs, baked goods and more. There are a few restaurants within easy walking distance: People's coffee, Marco's pizza, the Greek taverna, and a bar/eatery. There is also a Refuel gas station that is also across the parking lot.

非常享受这次住宿。酒店位置绝佳，方便前往皮茨伯勒地区。房间干净整洁，员工竭尽全力让我住得舒适愉快。附近有食品店、餐厅、酒吧和加油站。
我们在参加当地家庭活动期间，在皮茨伯勒汉普顿酒店 (Hampton Inn Pittsboro) 度过了三个舒适的夜晚。酒店很新，干净整洁，位置便利，步行即可到达几家餐厅和杂货店。附近也有很多选择，但开车过去也很方便。酒店员工热情好客。我们没有吃早餐，但早餐似乎提供了所有常规的餐食。
2025年5月17日，我目睹一位要求不切实际的“客人”在我们等待办理入住手续时斥责接待员琳赛。在这位“客人”到来之前，由于一些意外情况，几位客人不得不被重新安排。这对这位“女士”来说是绝对不能接受的。这位女士大声地向所有听到她的人宣告她的重要性，并汇报说她每周都会来汉普顿两次，因此，在她看来，汉普顿最好弥补她“造成的巨大不便”，否则后果自负。她的要求远比那些同样想办理入住手续的人重要。琳赛在整个过程中保持冷静、沉着和镇定，并多次致电上级，试图解决问题。她处理得非常好，而且非常专业。我的一个侄子以前在盖可保险公司（GEICO）负责客户关系。当愤怒的顾客打电话给他们时，他们通常会回答：“非常抱歉。显然我们不适合你。我想你得另寻他处了。” 我希望汉普顿也能用同样的方式对待这些不讲理的顾客。这样，我们这些在大厅等候的人就不用忍受这些（他们自认为）“非常重要”的人了。感谢汉普顿酒店为我们带来如此美好的住宿体验。
