This was our 1st time staying in a Tru Hotel, and it exceeded our expectations. The facility was very clean, breakfast was plentiful, and the staff was welcoming. Jamie Streetman (General Mgr.) helped us with a flexible reservation booking, Brianna ( daytime front desk) was most congenial, and Jennifer (Breakfast Mgr.) prepared and served up a very nice and plentiful morning meal...from hot selections to cereals and fruit. We would definitely stay here again. Thank Y'all !

My family had a great stay at Tru in Commerce, GA. Very clean rooms, friendly staff, and delicious breakfast. The family had a blast playing pool in the lobby. We will be returning.

We always stay at Tru Hotel because of the value. Being Hilton Honors Members, we appreciate the value and customer service. This Hotel is brand new , so we excepted some small issues. Here are the PROS and CONS PROS: Brand New Good Breakfast Friendly Staff Plenty of Restaurant Options CONS: Hard to find Entrance (HAD TO TURN AROUND DUE TO HIGHWAY RESTRICTIONS ) Remote Parking Lot Noisy (COULD HEAR HEAVY WALKING ABOVE) Bottom Line.. Ok stay for the price

Everything was clean and very comfortable. It was perfect for giving us a break from driving during our 16-18 hour trip. Staff proved friendly and welcoming upon arrival and departure. The price was comparable for the season and the area. I’m glad we found this tiny gem and will try to time our travels back home in the future around Tru by Hilton!
