This was such an awesome experience! We were immediately greeted by Kenny upon arrival. So friendly, offered us a tour and gave us a little history of the building. Excellent customer service!! Highly recommend!

The valet gentleman Austin and Ethan were incredible upon arrival. They made sure I was received with VIP service. Checkin was seamless as well as this it’s my first visit of this Hilton brand. The room is exceptionally clean and quiet and nice and unique.

I arrived at The Waymark and was greeted by Valet Kenny—he made me feel so welcome and very informative. I highly recommend this hotel for its cozy rooms, friendly staff, rooftop Iris bar, and customer service. I met Elisa, Front Office Manager, and was glad to reconnect from a few years ago. Also, the phenomenal Katie, Director of Sales, provided a late checkout—which is exactly what I needed after such a wonderful birthday staycation! A big thumbs up to ALL🤗 We loved everything!

Hung out @ The Iris (rooftop bar ) . Great vibe . Very attentive staff / service. Best crab cake sliders ! Diverse menu and hand crafted cocktails The rooftop bar has outside seating, firepits, and unparalleled views of the city / mountains

Griffin was incredibly helpful from the moment we arrived showing us exactly what to do where to go until we got on the elevator. Helping fill at ease as we had just left our son as he was moving here. He definitely made us feel comforted as he was telling how he had moved here from Murfreesboro, Tennessee. It was nice to hear such a sweet story.

The hotel room was absolutely gorgeous on top of amazing staff! With Lujyin at the valet and Tyler at the front desk, they made our experience 10/10. They recommended us multiple places to eat/drink and were so friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be back!
