The room was right next to the elevator. All day and night we heard people loud, rubbing, doors slamming, and housekeeping staff banging their carts along the corners and walls. There was a blow dryer in the room that didn’t work so I ask for another. First they said there are no extra but was able to find one and when I plugged it in, it immediately overheated and smelled like it was about to catch fire. The heat coils inside turned bright orange and nearly burned my daughter’s head.

The breakfast options were limited and the waffle dispenser didn’t work so everyone was dipping a SHARED cup into the batter directly.

I’ve stayed at Home2ms before but this experience makes me never want to book a stay at this hotel again.

Absolutely terrible.

All staff was very friendly from the front desk to food staff. Everything was very good. The room was clean installations were nice.

The only thing we found on a down part is the water the shower has no pressure and the sink water had no pressure whatsoever needed a long showers to get the job done.
