My room was very spacious, clean, and the kitchenette was well-stocked with everything I needed. Additionally, the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, and I appreciated having access to the coffee bar 24 hours a day. I am especially thankful that your hotel is pet-friendly. After driving several hours and arriving at 11pm, it was extremely refreshing to walk in and be greeted by Matthew. He was extremely friendly and I was impressed by his professionalism. As an added bonus the room and lobby were very clean and spacious. I would definitely recommend and stay here again, especially if the staff are all like Matthew

The experience was average, our room was nice and it had a “kitchen” in it. The only thing was that, it had a sweaty scent, not sure if it’s the AC or the floor but it was odd. Also the front desk kid was not as welcoming, very dismissive and it felt like if he could he wouldn’t be assisting me. I actually wished he didn’t 😂. Even with my thank you’s and how are you’s, nothing from him. Also the breakfast is made to order and not appetizing.

Matthew at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful. The free shuttle to the airport was nice and only took 2 minutes. He recommended Kickback Jacks and it was quite good.

We stayed here for two nights and were really pleased with our visit. The property was clean and conveniently located near the airport. Matthew went above and beyond when we forgot our toothpaste and was happy to help us out, which we really appreciated. Would definitely recommend – clean, comfortable, and a good breakfast too.

I just finished almost two weeks here and had to share my experience. This is a very clean, seemingly new facility in a great location. It's close to the airport, and in the middle of a growing retail/apartment area. Thus, groceries, pharmacy, coffee and gas walkable. My room was relatively bright, spacious, and included a little kitchen. The gym downstairs was just right. But the best part is the people at this hotel! All very helpful, kind and service-oriented. This is the only hotel for me in that area.

I had a great experience at this Home 2 Suites near the Knoxville Airport. It is in great condition and very stylish, so much so that I asked if it was new. Rooms are great and beds are very comfortable. The service was what really stood apart for me, and I mean that in a GREAT way!! Arlen at the front desk was amazing! Super friendly, professional and helpful. She definitely has one of those "service personalities ". Great person to represent this hotel! I had another fantastic encounter with Dawson in Housekeeping. As I was carrying items to my car he greeted me and wished me a great day. I replied that I still had items in the room and would be back up to get them. He then asked me if he could assist and carry the rest for me!!! WHAT??? Someone who was busy doing his job asking to assist with my luggage?? I was blown away! He could not have been any nicer! These two awesome employees alone would make me come back again! I highly recommend this hotel to everyone traveling to the area. Thanks so much Arlen and Dawson for giving me a terrific experience!!!

I love staying at this hotel. The employees are fantastic and friendly! The management staff are great! The hotel is clean and very comfortable. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable! I have stayed here several times and I am very pleased with everything. The breakfast is pretty good too!

Perfect location to our office, great choices for breakfast everyday! Staff was super friendly and accommodating and everything was always clean. If we have another project out here we will certainly be back!
