The breakfast was not very good. All the bread items, sliced bread, bagels, were hard as rocks. The yogurt machine ran out of mix and it took having two people to try to reload it. Finally gave up waiting. The toilet handle in the bathroom was loose, housekeeping should have noticed that, but it wasn’t worth asking maintenance to come fix it for 2 nights. The location is good, it was quiet and clean. The breakfast needs improvement.

What a fantastic property! We are picky and notice everything. It's not the Ritz-Carlton, but it is damn good. It all starts with the people, as always. Jazmine was great at check-in. We were her first guests after she arrived for work. She is a perfect representative of this property. Tammy at the breakfast was awesome. Great talking to her. It's not the best location in Pigeon Forge area, but it's far from the worst. Actually within walking distance of several restaurants and is in a very safe area. It's just a great little property. Could not recommend more highly.

This is a top-notch Hilton property. The rooms are new and clean, almost austere - but I like that. What makes this place even better is each room has its own balcony. I took off a star due to the fact that Home2Suites usually have window blinds to block out light - this one did not. Light was streaming in on both sides of the flimsy curtain. The front desk mentioned that blinds have been ordered but not delivered yet. This is a new property and the blinds ought to have been installed when the property opened. The service is attentive and the breakfast offerings were higher/more than usual for a Hilton hotel. They truly care about their guests.

We stayed here for a week on family vacation and had a wonderful experience. The friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness, and the location were all appealing. I want to give Tammy from the breakfast bar a special shout out. She was incredibly efficient, hardworking, and kind. There were people grabbing food at warp speeds and she never slowed down or seemed irritated at anything. She is a true gem!!

This is a brand new property and in perfect shape! Kelly at the front desk has been incredible and knows the true definition of hospitality. Every employee that we’ve encountered has greeted us with a smile. They have a great breakfast (build your own sandwiches, meats, egg bites, waffle maker, oatmeal, etc.). Our room is large and comfortable and the full fridge and microwave have come in handy during our vacation. Highly recommend! 10/10!
