I'll start by stating I've traveled to 43 countries and have stayed at many hotels in my lifetime. From start to finish, every staff member we encountered was friendly and welcoming — from the cleaning crew to the check-in and breakfast team. The general manager, Jeff, went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and even checked in on us personally. The pool area was a delight — perfect for relaxing or reading in the shaded sitting area. There’s also a pool table in the lobby that made for some fun downtime, and the Wi-Fi was fast everywhere in the hotel. Breakfast was simple but delicious — you’ve GOT to try the cool pancake machine! There was a nice variety of options, and we loved the 24/7 free coffee in the lobby (we took full advantage of that!). The rooms are modern and minimal — no drawers or closets, but honestly, we didn’t miss them. Everything we needed was there, including a big walk-in shower and a large smart TV. Ask for a room on the 4th floor — the view is great! The location couldn’t be better: close to a great Mexican restaurant, Walmart, and the beach. For the price, cleanliness, and friendly service, this place is unbeatable. Highly recommend!

This is a new hotel. The design is retro industrial. There are all hard surfaces and mostly all uncomfortable chairs. The wood floors without concrete under them make for very noisy rooms. We were woken up both nights between 11pm-12 am by our upstairs neighbors thundering around for over an hour. There is no where to put your suitcase without it hanging off. No place to hang your clothes if you want to put cooler over refrig..( only hooks). There was only warm water not hot water for showers either night and water pressure was not great. ( third floor) Breakfast was scrambled powdered eggs and sausage, cereal, pancakes, oatmeal, or bagels and toast. It will be hard to get in and out off during summer traffic as you have to do a U- turn to get in if coming from the east as no side road.

Made reservations weeks in advance through Hilton. Drove hours to arrive at 9pm Aug 4, 2025. DISASTER. The property is not a functioning hotel yet. As in, still being built. Not Open signs on copy paper on the door. Empty lot. Locked doors. Spent 45 min on the phone w Hilton to get rebooked anywhere nearby same night. Who takes reservations for a not-open hotel, and how did they get a 2.5 star rating?!
