The breakfast options were phenomenal. The pool was a lovely size and mostly empty with comfortable lounge couches set around. The room was one of the cleanest I have been in, in a very long time. The beds were softer than most hotel beds, which I appreciate since I like a plush mattress. It was nice to not wake up sore! The shower was wonderful as well. We enjoyed one night of staying in and got drinks and appetizers/dinner at the bar. The drinks were some of the better I have had and the bartender was quite skilled. We always stay at Hilton properties, but this was my first time at a Tru and I was impressed!

Could've Been Better

My stay was just ok. The bedding was dirty and had stains on the sheets and the bathroom was not cleaned. I had forgotten some hygiene products but knew from past experiences that this establishment normally has these items available for their guest. When I went to shower there was no soap in the dispenser at all. There was a left over piece of bar soap and hair from the previous guest and the shower had visibly not been cleaned. There was also hair embedded into the towels that were stocked in the room initially. It took 3 attempts to try and get ahold of the front desk, in which one of my members had to physically walk down and ask them if we could have more towels delivered to the room. When she went to the front desk one of the employees was just chatting with another employee. I stayed a total of 3 nights and no one ever came up to try and clean the room in the midst of our stay. We also had some drinks at the bar but when we tried to order food we were told that the cook was not scheduled to come in until later. I believe the menu indicated that the serving time would be between 4pm and close. We werent able to order food until 5:30. My guest and I are typically just go with the flow and try to make the best of things, so to keep things cordial we didnt want to complain. I thought it would be better to do so here on behalf of them and myself.

Nice hotel but

The hotel is in a great location very close to the concert I was attending. The staff at the front desk were nice friendly and accommodating. I had 3 issues one my air conditioner in my room wasn’t cooling properly. My second issue it was very hard to get additional face towels I requested them multiple times before I received them. My last issue was the last day of my stay house keeping was at my door at 8 am asking me what time I was checking out. This was a huge inconvenience for me

I already knew check out time was 11 I had an alarm set to wake up in plenty of time. Then the lady came back again and asked what time I was leaving or was I staying longer at 10 am I was already getting my things together to leave. I felt very rushed out which I did not appreciate at all.

This hotel was fantastic! Was only here for a short period but staff was nice and friendly, it was safe clean and inexpensive. Will definitely stay again in the future!
