There was a roach in the bathroom. It was unusual because the property is fairly new. I told front desk and they said they have monthly pest control. So hopefully they are proactive about keeping building pest free.

Hotel is great! Staff were amazing and breakfast had a lot of options. The only concern was parking…gym members were using hotel parking spots forcing us to park on the top level of the garage. Overall good hotel.

早餐平平无奇:普通的咖啡配上塑料单份装的奶精。炒蛋很咸,煎饼里加了些奇怪的南瓜香料。我想这大概是需要慢慢适应的味道吧。但我最不满的地方——尽管我多次提出要求,但管理层始终未能妥善解决——是他们不每天更换毛巾。作为希尔顿,我期待的远不止“隔天一次”。真是令人作呕。

这家酒店的前台工作人员糟糕透了。我当时正从洛杉矶开车过来,准备把儿子送进大学一年级的宿舍。我打电话告诉他们,我要到第二天才能入住(本来要住两天),但我不介意先付第一晚的房费。他们说没问题,但我到的时候却取消了我的预订,并给我贴上了“未入住”的标签。这本来应该是一次美好的送儿子宿舍体验,结果却成了一个糟糕的开始。最后我在万怡酒店找到了另一个房间。他们人都很好。
拜托拜托拜托把前台的Virginia赶走!她办理入住的时候态度太差了。一点礼貌都没有,甚至连基本的礼貌都没有!我问她是否还好,她甚至都不肯接待客人。
不太对劲,大约每 30 分钟就有一趟电车经过,他们没有告诉我,也许我可以在酒店的另一边找到一间房间
