There was a roach in the bathroom. It was unusual because the property is fairly new. I told front desk and they said they have monthly pest control. So hopefully they are proactive about keeping building pest free.

Hotel is great! Staff were amazing and breakfast had a lot of options. The only concern was parking…gym members were using hotel parking spots forcing us to park on the top level of the garage. Overall good hotel.

早餐平平无奇：普通的咖啡配上塑料单份装的奶精。炒蛋很咸，煎饼里加了些奇怪的南瓜香料。我想这大概是需要慢慢适应的味道吧。但我最不满的地方——尽管我多次提出要求，但管理层始终未能妥善解决——是他们不每天更换毛巾。作为希尔顿，我期待的远不止“隔天一次”。真是令人作呕。
建筑和房间都非常干净。床很舒服，休息得很好。我遇到的问题是停车。停车是需要付费的。他们指示我把车停在车库里，但我显然走错了。他们试图向我收取在他们“车库”停车的费用。我避免了这笔费用，但我不知道哪个停车场更便宜。我最终花了20美元停车费。

这家酒店的前台工作人员糟糕透了。我当时正从洛杉矶开车过来，准备把儿子送进大学一年级的宿舍。我打电话告诉他们，我要到第二天才能入住（本来要住两天），但我不介意先付第一晚的房费。他们说没问题，但我到的时候却取消了我的预订，并给我贴上了“未入住”的标签。这本来应该是一次美好的送儿子宿舍体验，结果却成了一个糟糕的开始。最后我在万怡酒店找到了另一个房间。他们人都很好。
拜托拜托拜托把前台的Virginia赶走！她办理入住的时候态度太差了。一点礼貌都没有，甚至连基本的礼貌都没有！我问她是否还好，她甚至都不肯接待客人。
不太对劲，大约每 30 分钟就有一趟电车经过，他们没有告诉我，也许我可以在酒店的另一边找到一间房间
