My wife and I stayed for a night while visiting family. The staff was very friendly and the lobby was beautifully decorated for Christmas. The rooms and lobby were very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast area was large, there is a lot of space to spread out, and the food was really good. 5 stars for the staff, cleanliness, and cost.

We decided to take a short road trip for my October 15th bday. This hotel was newly opened August 2025, and everything was clean! The front desk host was friendly and welcoming. She helped with our questions about the area. Our room was located on the back side of the hotel where it's a little more quiet. Rooms at Tru By Hilton are the new minimalist concept... compact and functional, but with ample space. It is simple with no microwave, or coffee maker. Instead of a closet there is a clothing rod and luggage bench, a writing desk and chair, lots of charging ports and a large tv. The bathroom was bright, spacious and had a walk-in shower. We actually liked the bath products brand (Not Soap Radio) and will be ordering on them from Amazon. The water pressure was excellent. Breakfast was included with our stay and it offered both hot and cold items plus assorted pastries. This area offered a generous choice for seating. Additional amenities included workout and game areas. The lobby is nice and offers plenty of conversation seating and nooks for reading and/or working on your computer. On-site free parking. Free Wi-fi. There is a wonderful selection of restaurants and shopping in the area. We've stayed in a hotel very similar to this concept and it great for over-night or short trips. The rate was reasonable. We enjoyed our visit and would stay at this location again.

Midway through our 1200 mile trip from Northern Michigan home to Florida we exited I75 South at the charming little town of Cleveland, TN. We had called ahead to the Hilton Hotel and they were expecting us. The desk clerk was very welcoming and efficient and checked us in quickly. We enquired about food and she pointed to a nice area in the lobby that offered light meals, a full bar and casual seating. It overlooked a beautiful view of a patio on the edge of a forest and a pool and an outdoor seating area with a fire pit. Fellow travelers were relaxed and unwinding. We soon sat down and the cook who had just started that night made us his 4 cheese grilled cheese sandwich and a bowl of basil tomato cream soup. We ordered cocktails from the bartender - a lovely local young woman who made us feel very welcome and chatted with us about the local area and also about how much she loved working at The Hilton. I could see why. It was hospitality at its best in a beautiful setting. She said the hotel was only a year old. Our room was a double queen and comfortable, very clean, new and well appointed. The indirect lighting was a nice touch and the beds and bedding were extremely comfortable and crisp. We hated to leave! But we were up early and grabbed a large Starbucks for the road provided by a staff member manning an early morning coffee bar in the lobby. He offered breakfast but we were well rested and ready to roll. I will plan my next trip specifically to stay there. Best road trip hotel we have ever stayed in.
