I made what I thought was a same day reservation in error as the site changed the date to the next day on me. I noticed the error in less than 1 minute of making it and cancelled it immediately and requested a refund. It took 3 days to hear back that there cancelation was less than 48 hours and woyld not be refunded. OMG.... of course not... it was being booked for same day!
I still have not heard back from them since my response to them and I will now contest the charge on my credit card.
This is dishonest and robbery! I will never do business with an establishment of such low integrity .

我后悔住在这家酒店。他们把我换到了一个马桶有问题的房间。马桶下面漏水了，我光脚不小心踩进去了。我向前台反映后，他们给我们换了另一个房间。我因为踩到地板上的水而睡得不舒服。网络很差，WiFi信号很差，根本没法上网。我朋友住的地方有一家非常便宜、更好的酒店。我决定不理会他们，选择了这家酒店，而且付了朋友两倍的价格。我后悔住在这里，永远不会建议任何人经历这种经历。
