Unfortunately, our stay was extremely disappointing. When we arrived, our reservation was not found. The first room had a strong smell of tobacco, and only after insisting were we given another one — also in poor condition. Main issues: • No air conditioning and the room was very cold for the children. • Insufficient bedding and no towels. • Mini bar not working, which we needed for the children’s food. • No TV remote, no toilet paper, no Wi-Fi information. • The room had humidity, black stains on the curtains and visible deterioration. • The receptionist only spoke English and did not even know the price — I had to tell her. • She gave us the room cards without writing the room numbers — I had to note them myself. • When the reception was empty, we tried calling but no one answered. The hostel is central and could be beautiful, but it’s clearly abandoned and poorly maintained. A very negative experience — we do not recommend it.
