游戏区（即台球桌）位于靠近房间的走廊。这不是一个理想的地方，因为客人会被噪音打扰。位置距离主要市场步行10分钟。尽管 MAP 中的菜单有限，但晚餐的食物质量非常好。早餐很一般。带阳台的高级客房比不带阳台的客房小，因此如果入住人数超过两人，那么最好选择不带阳台的客房。在我们退房的那天，一位新的接待员 Sushma Thami 加入了。她很乐意分享她对我们接下来要去的大吉岭的看法。

Location was good, rooms were good and comfortable. There food were good...no excess oil unnecessarily and tgat is what i liked the most about their food. Everything was pretty good except their room service which was a little slow but i understand the inconvenience of hill side areas so would rate my overall experience 4.2/5 I loved it ♥️

We had a pleasant stay at mount polaris. The room was nice with an awesome view. There was few things that was not working in the room but the hotel staff attended to them very quickly. Also the food was delicious. The ambience and view from the rooftop restro is unmatched, great place to hangout.

Location was good. It was near the market. View from the hotel was good. Two main problems. 1. We got room number 401 (4th floor) and there was no lift in the resort. It was difficult for my kid to take 4 floors every time and due to this we never felt to go out of the room. 2. This particular room was right next to the in resort restaurent and there were too many cockroaches. I didn't get proper sleep due to the cockroaches. Very poor maintenance. There were so many reviews about the cockroaches in Google and seems the management did not pay heed to them. Overall a huge disappointment for me. The staffs were very good and cooperative on carrying the baggages and that was the major positive for me.

The stay was ok. Staff cooperative. However, restaurant does not provide variety in complimentary breakfast or any meals. Limited items only that also told in advance. Rooms are spacious but hot water limited. One cannot have a bath in shower as hot water gets over. U have to fill in bucket and have a bath. Locationwise good.

Amazing night .... beautiful stay..... Had blast at Mount polaris at Christmas night 🌉....staff were supper helpful...Mr .galchen with serve tasty mocktail... Ms.soniya were there to helpfull..ms.isha was there too ..
