When we arrived the receptionist did not have our information. As we checked out the receptionist asked for cash either DOP or dollars, he said they could not charge it to my credit/debit card. He also did not mention that we had to pay cash for the stay. A LOT OF MISSCOMMUNICATION. Staff was friendly, I need to check still on my credit card if they also charged me there. Will NEVER stay there again, sorry but will not allow my friends or family to stay there.

It’s centrally located, very clean, comfortable beds and really good customer service
