Nice spacious. Rooms clean. Staff was great. The only thing i didnt like was there was no mirrors on the wall just one in bathroom. If they would put one out in the rooms some could be applying makeup and fixing hair while someone else is in the bathroom.

Alot of things such as TV, lights beside bed, had to move to another room. My son has cockroach in his room. Also. No coffee machine and no hair dryer in rooms

The rooms and bathrooms were filthy and had roaches in them. There ceiling had spider webs hanging out of them Their towels were dirty and the tub, toilet, towels and sink had hairs all over them. The floors were disgusting and had dirt spots all on them
Jada was very accommodating in helping me find a clean room, we went to SEVERAL different rooms before we were able to find one halfway clean. She was also able to get my stay free but I still had to clean my room and due to the roaches and nastiness I left the next morning and never went back to finish out my stay.

The rooms and bedrooms were filthy. The towels were dingy, the bathroom, sink, toilet had hairs on them. The floors were disgusting and hadn’t been mopped. There were spider webs in the ceiling and roaches in the bathroom. I paid for a king size bed but all the rooms with king size beds were filthy so I had to have a queen size bed with king size sheets on the that kept wrinkling up all night. The countertop and stov bed op were nasty. I had to buy cleaning supplies and clean my own room the very 1st night.
Jada was very nice and apologized but it wasn’t her fault but she was very helpful. She was able to get my stay refunded but I ended up still leaving and not finishing up my stay due to the roaches and filth of the bathroom and room. Even after I cleaned it it still felt unsanitary.

Everything was great, with bare floors in the rooms I would recommend steam cleaning the floors periodically. It’s easy to do if you put all the rooms on a rotation where a few are getting done each week it’s not a burden. Floor mops just tend to move it around where a steamer will clean nicely.

Our room had no shower curtain! Toilet was dirty, i wont go into details but it was very apparent it hadnt been cleaned. No toilet paper. I inspected sheets and they seemed ok but after the other things it made me question the cleaning of our room.

They don’t clean throughly!
First room we were given was filthy and had feces in the toilet and hair in the bathroom. We were given a second room that wasn’t much better. Very dusty and the floor was covered in hair and dust. The hallways and elevator were the same. Filthy. We visit Huntsville often and won’t be staying again.

Property was fine for the price as it’s a newer building (or at least recently remodeled). But room was definitely rushed during cleaning. There was an entire fake eyelash on the floor by the trashcan. The towels had some yellow spots on them & overall the surfaces could’ve been wiped down better. It wasn’t bad for the price- but, a more thorough cleaning would’ve been nice. Overall 6/10.
