We booked the Europarc as our Son was playing football, we did not know what to expect, we booked the Alpine Lodge and it was exceptional, underfloor heating, full kitchen, extremely comfy beds, huge bath and shower. It was all we could ask for and more, the park itself is great, lovely swimming pool, amusement room for the kids which had darts, pool, table tennis, table football. The restaurant was really nice and fairly priced. Hermagor is about a 15/20mins safe walk, a nice town with some good restaurants and bars, the train station is great and we used this to visit Villach, we was given free ticket by the parc itself !! We decided to stay one extra night as our son's next destination for football had not yet been decided and the Manageress gave us a really good deal, the staff couldnt do enough, always greeted with a smile and so helpful.

Stayed here for 3 nights during kids Spring vacation holiday with two other families. Very clean and comfortable apartment accommodations. We had 2x two-bedroom apartments and both were full equipped with everything you could need. 6 children ranged in ages from 6 to 12 and the playroom kept them entertained each evening. Huge indoor playground as well as a separate room with ping pong, air hockey (paid), foosball, darts and other games as well. Indoor pool was a little dissatisfying as water was not that warm and overcrowded. Did not have a chance or interest to try the Wellness as it seemed very crowded.
