My family of four stayed in a double queen suite and later moved to a king suite due to availability over Thanksgiving while visiting Baptist Hospital and mourning the loss of my mom to stage 4 cancer. During such a difficult time, the staff were truly wonderful—kind, accommodating, and supportive. The rooms were clean and the suite layouts were perfect for a family with kids, offering plenty of space and comfort.
My only feedback is that the carpets left our feet black, which was disappointing, and although we were granted a later check-out, housekeeping knocked twice to ask if we had left yet. Aside from those minor issues, the stay was positive, and we appreciated the care and compassion shown to our family.

Clean facility. Good gym options. Breakfast choices were good. Filtered water station and lemon water station were a welcomed touch for hydration. Staff was attentive and polite. Pool could be given option for heating since it was outside. Unfortunately, you can hear people upstairs...running kids and talking....it was pretty loud. I can see this disturbing people who are very light sleepers or who usually have trouble falling asleep.
