Terrible hotel had been booked for month's as part of an amazing road trip around the USA Only to find out that they no longer accept online bookings and we were turned away so had to then scramble about and find other accommodation which has worked out more expensive for us.

I’m extremely upset with my experience here. I had already prepaid for my stay online, only to arrive and be told they no longer accept online bookings. The man at the front desk said they only take cash now and offered to give me a room if I paid him in cash — which honestly felt like a scam or
To make things worse, he was literally asleep when I showed up, completely unbothered by the fact that I was stranded with no room after already paying. When I tried to explain the situation, his response was, “Blame my boss, don’t blame me.”
This is not how a business should treat paying customers. Stay far away from this place and book somewhere reputable. I’ve never dealt with such unprofessionalism and blatant disregard for guest.

Bad service everytime. Rude and too patient.. as in they will make u wait 20 mins plus at desk. Seen the desk guy playing games on an ipad!
