酒店很温馨 很舒服 位置也不错 日式管理还是很人性化的 以后还会考虑入住的!更换房间也比较方便 服务很好!
前一篇差评所说的酒店各方面水准下降,主要表现在1.航班延误,原本住三晚的计划直接挨到第二天早上才飞,落地后到酒店已经3:00左右了,希望酒店能帮忙延迟退房,按以往多次的经验到14:00完全没有问题,但这次酒店方表示入住率比较满,所以只能延迟到13:00;
2.也不愿意退还或者减免一部分第一晚房费,通过携程沟通请求把第一晚延后至第四晚入住,也愿意自行承担改签回国费用,酒店方驳回;
3.酒店备品品质下降,与刚开业的品牌不同;
4.没有契约精神投诉隔壁房间住客,每天凌晨在走廊吵闹,影响休息,携程帮忙沟通酒店方答应赠送次日早餐,后又反悔…
客房部的欢迎布置和日常清洁打扫的保洁员工,以及早餐厅的女性服务员们是唯一值得表扬和肯定的
并且该酒店价格浮动大,单日价差在300到500不等,虽然酒店定价是浮动不固定的,但是他们家落差起伏极大,建议不要定该酒店,和开业时候完全没办法比,有几家附近刚开业的酒店可以考虑,如果一定要定要做好心里预期、也要时刻关注房价,以免订贵了服务不近人情更郁闷!
连续四次入住的酒店,工作人员非常友善,早餐延迟又很好吃,环境精致,值得入住,早餐时还赠送了小朋友生日蛋糕
每年去泰兰德都会选择新开业不久的酒店,但这家无论地理位置还是酒店接待都印象深刻,只是这次因为相邻房间的噪音造成入睡困难,也做了体验反馈,原本给的补偿最后未统一口径给予承诺,最后还是携程出面协调处理的…
明年1月还是下了该酒店的订单,完全是看在该酒店早餐厅美女专业接待、礼宾部热情服务上续订的,希望这次不要失望而归
说实话比较一般,房间很小,酒店也很小,没有大酒店的样子,只有商务酒店的样子。酒店最高9层,泳池很小,两三个人玩水还可以。入住期间马桶一直反味,比较臭。修了一次,好了三天,后面就废了。一共住了7天。酒店经理也比较敷衍,没什么补偿,就这么不了了之了。前台有个越南小姑娘,会讲中文,还挺好的,服务态度还好。酒店的胖经理不太行,比较假。酒店床垫比较硬,适合我们,床垫是唯一加分项。其他都不太满意。

在我们第一晚安顿下来后,他们出乎意料地为我们免费升级了一个更大的房间,以更舒适地容纳我们一家四口。这真是超出了我们的期望。
酒店位置也极佳。像Emporium和Terminal 21这样的大型购物中心,只需乘坐几站BTS轻轨即可到达。周围步行范围内还有很多7-Eleven便利店、当地餐馆、药店和按摩店。
下次来曼谷,我们一定会再次选择Madi Paidi。如果你正在寻找一家干净、现代化、服务真正出色的酒店,Madi Paidi绝对是你的不二之选。强烈推荐!
酒店很干净,员工都非常非常乐于助人!他们友善又体贴。特别是在早餐时段,他们总是记得我们喜欢喝什么样的咖啡,喜欢吃什么!更不用说,他们早餐还提供起泡酒!
