酒店回复: Cara Giulia, a tutti i nostri ospiti forniamo informazioni sulle spiagge da vedere e i ristoranti consigliati (su alcuni abbiamo anche lo sconto del 10%). Queste informazioni sono contenute in depliant presenti in ogni stanza e le inviamo anche via wapp (le spiagge consigliate sono anche sul nostro canale youtube); evidentemente non ci ha fatto caso. Sarebbe comunque bastato chiedere per avere ulteriori informazioni o suggerimenti. Il saldo può essere fatto in uno dei giorni del pernottamento. Se l'ospite chiede di non saldare all'arrivo per noi non c'è alcun problema; anche in questo caso avreste potuto chiedere. Ci spiace comunque che non si sia trovata bene, nonostante la massima attenzione che riposiamo alla pulizia e alla cura verso i nostri ospiti, come le numerose altre recensioni testimoniano. Speriamo di riospitara in futuro per farle cambiare idea. Cordiali saluti

We booked this accommodation through *********** whose description whilst accurate was incomplete. In the first instance the accommodation is difficult to find as it is tucked away behind an Estate Agent with only a discrete sign at the entrance. We arrived at the B&B accommodation which had a large breakfast room/lounge to be told that we were in an apartment across the road as our bookings did not include the breakfast option which we knew. The apartment was above a Spar supermarket! However, the accommodation was actually really good and very spacious with a large balcony. The rooms had been recently refurbished and were well equipped. There was a very friendly host to meet us and show us the apartment. The owner called us to check that we were happy. There is a daily cleaner which was a pleasant surprise. We had access to a washing machine and a clothes airer outside so we were able to catch up on washing in the middle of our holiday. The location is good for walking into the centre of town. We felt that the price was good value.

我们的住宿体验非常棒，接待也非常热情。搬运沉重的行李箱时请小心；因为需要爬两层楼。
我和男朋友在这家酒店住了两晚。没有对客人的关注：我们一到达就被要求立即付款，但没有向我们提供任何有关海滩、餐厅、参观景点的信息......清洁度差，不存在物有所值。
工作人员非常友好，干净，宽敞，位置优越！
舒适的客房和每日清洁服务，地理位置优越，距离圣特雷莎市中心仅几米，非常靠近 Despar 超市。附近有停车场。可供客人使用的共用房间。提供准备一杯好咖啡或冲泡饮料所需的一切
房间干净宽敞，早餐丰盛，莉莉太太的服务也总是一流！这栋楼从外观上看并不起眼，但房间宽敞干净，最近才装修过（唯一的缺点是浴室少了一扇小窗户）。房间配有等离子电视、小露台和私人停车位。它位于超市楼上，地段非常中心。特别要感谢莉莉太太，她总是那么亲切友善。
很棒的体验！地理位置优越，步行即可到达超市、酒吧和餐厅！很多餐厅都有协议结构！附近有白色的雷纳海滩，蔚为奇观！我推荐给大家！
