房间非常干净,窗外美景尽收眼底,酒店位置比较优越,楼下就是大排档,早餐丰富,服务英文和越南语,超五星酒店
如果五星不是上限,那我想给这家酒店打十星。
从入住到离开,全程感受到的都是温暖。前台员工的耐心与热情,让人瞬间有“宾至如归”的踏实感。房间设备一应俱全,布局舒适,虽非完美无缺,但绝对是瑕不掩瑜。早餐格外丰盛,水果也特别美味。
另外,我要特别要感谢一位善良美丽的前台工作人员。我从早上七点半到八点半都找不到在Vexere上预订的车,因为要赶飞机,所以我无比焦急得向一位前台工作人员求助,她耐心开朗善良温柔,帮我打电话沟通、解决问题。她就像上天派来拯救我的天使,使我的心都化了。
Ps:泳池派对的氛围超级嗨;我还在此养成了晚上去健身房的好习惯,度过了数个充实的夜晚。

绝对物超所值,房间视野极佳,服务及时。空调漏水,五分钟就修好了。不过酒店不能租摩托车,有点不方便。日落时分的泳池很棒。
服务周到
早餐很棒,有特色下龙菜。房间干净宽敞。
如果你看到这条评论,请千万不要预订这家酒店。
我在越南住过很多五星级酒店。下面我将列出我亲身经历的一些问题:
1. 位置感觉像在工地中央。如果你预订高层房间,不往下看的话可能注意不到,但酒店周围什么都没有。
2. 需要支付押金。虽然我以前在越南从未支付过押金,但如果这是一家高级酒店,需要押金我尚能理解。但实际支付的押金比旅行平台上标明的还要多(150万越南盾)。
3. 房间清洁状况相当糟糕。虽然酒店靠近海边,但内部生锈的情况很严重。
4. 房间相对于价格来说非常狭小。(强烈建议预订前仔细确认房间面积。)
5. 早餐不是自助餐。选择很少,如果你想吃自助早餐,需要去其他地方。
6. 如果你随意触碰房间内的任何物品并造成损坏,除了押金之外,还需要支付额外费用。
最后一点是关键,是“任何物品”(地板、桌子、床单、浴室、毛巾、冰箱等等)。
我只是把行李箱放在桌子上,结果他们说行李箱划伤了桌子,向我索赔了200万越南盾(约12万韩元)。
当然,我的行李箱可能会划伤桌子。但我感觉他们把原有划痕也算在我头上,让我觉得非常委屈。
我第一次入住时没有仔细检查是否有原有划痕,这或许是我的错。
酒店员工处理问题时的态度也令人非常不快。我问是否可以看看其他房间的情况,他们却只说他们的酒店很干净,不可能有那种情况。
我入住时看到员工和中国人争吵,当时还觉得他们很可怜,但现在看来不是这样。哈哈,你每天早上都会看到员工和顾客争吵。
如果你仍然因为景色而想预订,我建议你先看看Google评论再来。
我就是没看Google评论就预订了,结果Google评论里全是关于被额外收费的抱怨。
我以为这是下龙湾最贵最好的酒店,所以预订了,但附近4万韩元的酒店景色和服务都比这里好得多。
在我总共10晚的行程中,住了3晚后换到附近的其他酒店,即使是小小的服务都让我感动不已。
服务真的是垃圾中的垃圾,酒店里的设施也都是摆设,餐厅几乎没有人,1. 在 6 楼点一杯咖啡,等我游完泳都没来送来。2.前台办理入住,等了半个小时,前台还给我办理一半把我丢一边,去跟其他客人说话,办事效率真的低下,隔壁都办理好五人了,我这里两人都没办好,我让她快一点,她甚至极度不耐烦,甚至丢我在一边去跟旁边人说话,服务质量完全跟不上酒店的等级。3.餐厅几乎没有一个人。4. 酒店服务员不知道忙什么,忙得几乎没有人有空接待顾客,随机问服务员餐厅在几楼,都不知道,我自己去找吧,结果所以服务员包括扫地的阿姨,都好像防贼一样防着你,以上是我住过服务体验最垃圾的酒店,完全没有宾至如归的感受!整体服务根本配不上这样的酒店。
在丽笙酒店办理入住手续非常迅速和顺利。酒店很大,很现代化,大堂很漂亮。房间也很现代,装修得很雅致。室外泳池很可惜没有加热,所以非常冷,但室内泳池则非常暖和。一个缺点是酒吧没有工作人员,也没有人过来询问我们是否需要酒水或食物——尽管这可能是因为淡季的缘故。值得称赞的是,他们在我退房后还允许我使用酒店设施进行梳洗,我对此非常感激。
房间其实还可以的,但是还是有个情况,搞的很不爽
因为我这边有三个朋友跟我们一起入住,在携程上定的房间的时候,房间配置是一个大床加两个小床,刚好是符合要求的。
但是订完到酒店反复确认,结果是酒店里只有双床,没有三床的房间,本来想重新定个房间的,又只能在另外的楼层,感觉不方便,最后的结果是三个人挤在两个床上,而且因为一个双床的房间住了三个人,另外还被收了两三百块。
其实郁闷的就是,我定的这个价格是按照三床的配置,实际上花这个钱却只有双床,而且只有一个房间
为什么携程上看到的房间配置与酒店实际配置不一样呢?导致我下错订单,还多花钱,入住体验打折
