The staff was friendly.The place was clean enough. There was a lot of noise around this motel and inside, like not very well insulated. It was hard to find, even with GPS. Especially in the dark and in the rain. There was no sign pointing to the hotel that was down an alley.The kitchen was completely empty. No coffee pot, no pots and pans, no towels, wash rags or soap, no plates or silverware. If you want any of those things you have to purchase them.There is a sign in the hotel room stating this. Don't know why they bother putting in a kitchen when you have to pay extra to use it. Only one bar of soap for 2 sinks and a bathtub. One bottle of shampoo no conditioner. If you want coffee in the lobby, you have to purchase it. The place smelled like really cheap cleaner in the rooms, hallways and lobby. Next time I will spend extra cash and get a nicer motel!!

The room was clean and accessible. The bed was a bit squeaky, and there was a droning noise outside the window all night long (not sure of the source). The staff was cordial and clear on the hotel rules. We were surprised by a non-refundable $50 pet cleaning fee on top of the individual pet charge. Not sure if we missed something somewhere, but it felt kind of sudden and wish we had known prior. The hotel entrance was kind of difficult to find as well, with it being tucked back from the road and with minimal signage. Also, the TV was fairly limited in terms of which channels worked, if that's your thing.

Was put in a room with a shattered tv and broken door lock, which didn’t work. Got moved to a second room that had unclean sheets and blood stains in the bathroom. Was told before leaving i’d receive a refund, which hasn’t happened.

Theres fees for emptying trash, returning towels. The lights are on a timer. There was no plunger maintenence had it and they took day off. Theres no cookware,cutlery. How is this an extended stay? I had dogs jump all over me scaring me. They asked uber deliverer for their id and would not let them upstairs. They had dryers that would not work. I told them my door was tampered with, maintenence never came. I had to go to front desk for iron and ironing board, so inconvenient Never again.notfortheir Id and would not

Finding the place was a night mare. It was late at night very small sign couldn't find the place,had to call the hotel and have them walk me through getting there, even Google maps was taken me else where. The room was big but smelled like dogs and the floors were clean but you could tell areas were missed. Nothing In the rooms as far as hair Drier, coffee pot. The coffee vending machine in the lobby doesn't tell you or gives you access to coffee cups so if you buy coffee best make sure you have your own cup in there and ready. I lost my money while buying it cause I thought it was like other machines and the cup automatically drops down. Nope. BUT the front desk lady was amazing she stayed in the phone with me guiding me in to the place cause after 30 minutes of driving around looking for the place I was not happy... Once you found the place parking wasn't to bad at all
