His responsiveness was incredible – when we encountered any issues with room amenities, he would coordinate multiple departments to resolve them within the hour. His efficiency and problem-solving skills were remarkable. Beyond the property, Stephano proved to be an invaluable resource for exploring Los Cabos, offering thoughtful recommendations for local attractions and activities that perfectly matched our interests. The entire staff's attention to detail and genuine warmth made our stay truly special. From the seamless check-in to the daily interactions, every moment reflected the highest standards of luxury hospitality. The Nobu Los Cabos Residences exceeded our expectations in every way, largely thanks to Stephano and his team's dedication to creating an exceptional guest experience. We're already planning our return visit.

Nobu hotel is a fantastic place. We were there for 5 days and never left the hotel . The service and design were amazing. Our concierge Stephano was excellent and was always available and helped with many requests! Highly recommended and will certainly be back.

Nicole Heidemann looked after us. She is both a lovely person and does business fairly. You should ask to speak with her to explore the Residences Prive option. It is a worthwhile experience to review how you will spend your vacation time. There is tremendous value in spending some time with her.
