酒店回复: Dear Omar, we are sorry your travel plans changed and had to leave a day early, and when you book nonrefundable deals, you can encounter the issue of not getting a refund. We are actually surprised about this ant situation; we remember your stay, and everything was fine. We have no ant problem, but as a side note for all future clients, Costa Rica is a tropical destination most hotels are located in the middle of the countryside, so expect to see at least an ant every now and then, especially if you leave food unattended.We can confirm that we have pest control policies in place, and we have no ant problem, no holes in the walls either.

This place was the perfect way to end our honeymoon trip to Costa Rica. Loved how eco conscious this hotel was. It was a beautiful, quiet stay tucked away in the jungle with close access to the beach. The monkeys paid us a visit on the patio and we heard them around the hotel, which was a pretty cool experience! The pool is very nice and clean and was a great way to cool off after the beach and our excursions. The staff is very friendly and helpful and they offer a lot of fun excursions and experiences you can book right from your hotel. We also booked a couples massage, which was heavenly! Highly recommend for a romantic/honeymoon/anniversary trip, especially for nature lovers!

Our waiter Alejandro was great, he made our stay there fantastic. He should be the manager there, he took care of us when the manager never show her face to deal our complaints.

雨林的下坡非常陡峭，在最恶劣的条件下步行约100至150米。很长一段时间，你必须带上你需要的所有东西，最后你到达一个小海滩，有很多岩石沙子，在那里他们会卖给你所有东西，躺椅，雨伞，水，食物......无论如何
