The guest house is conveniently located near the city center and has a pleasant overall appearance. We stayed in a room for three people with an en-suite bathroom. Although we didn’t have breakfast, there should be a dining room available. The guest house is run by an older lady who might be overwhelmed by tending to so many rooms alone, as it has about seven rooms. This quaint setup, however, had several aspects that fell short of expectations. We stayed for two days and received room service once. While the room was cleaned, the sheets and towels were not changed. Additionally, there was quite a lot of mold on the shower head, which was very off-putting. I wouldn’t mind if there was no room service, but if it is offered, it should include changing the linens and towels rather than just tidying up. If you can overlook these issues, it should be an adequate place to stay. However, in my opinion, it is a bit too expensive for the experience provided.
所以，我们订的是克雷格尼的民宿，不提供早餐。到达时，接待人员态度冷淡，指了指我们的房间。房间倒是干净整洁。凌晨一点，烟雾报警器开始不停地响，一直响到凌晨三点，警报器才响起。房东最终还是把它关掉了。第二天早上，我们才意识到自己订的是一家不提供早餐的民宿，房东建议我们去街角的面包店，结果面包店里人山人海，连个座位都没有。对于凌晨被吵醒和持续不断的报警器响个不停，房东没有任何歉意！最好还是别去。
我和朋友们7月1日从格拉斯哥前往上述地点参加保龄球比赛。我们预订了两间房，住了两晚。到达时，老板不在，我们打电话过去，被告知他们超额预订了，没有空房了。我们无处可去，老板也完全不肯帮忙。最后，我们不得不在因弗内斯以南30分钟车程的福耶斯预订了一间私人小屋。我们在因弗内斯根本订不到房，因为那里正在举办音乐会，所有的民宿和酒店都订满了。这种情况完全无法接受，幸好我们还能打电话找到住处。我不敢想象如果这家店对其他国家的游客也这样做会怎么样。最让我担心的是，预订是通过电话和邮件确认的，事实上，我的朋友在入住前三天还打电话再次确认过。千万别去这家店！！！
