酒店回复: To clarify the situation for other guests and owners, please read the following explanation:After checking out at 10 AM, the guests left their luggage in our designated storage area, as they had a pre-arranged transfer scheduled for later at 14:00.Before their scheduled pick-up, they entered one of our apartments, which was already prepared for incoming guests later that day. They nearly unpacked their suitcases, with one guest taking a shower and the other using the toilet in the apartment.We consider it fortunate that we did not have to ask them to leave, especially since we provided a complimentary ride to the airport.How dare you to call Luka abusive? Do you even know the meaning of this word?We do not wish for you to return, as guests with such inappropriate behavior should not stay in any accommodation, especially private lodgings.Additionally, it is important to note that you did not mention that you were allowed an early check-in or that we had arranged a free transfer to the airport for you.As stated prior to your arrival, we do not have a 24-hour reception, as we are not a hotel, but rather a private accommodation provider.

很棒的公寓楼，房东也超级友善。我们的住宿体验被隔壁公寓的噪音搞得一团糟，直到深夜才恢复。公寓之间非常吵闹。我们几乎没怎么睡着。房东免费开车送我们去机场——真是太贴心了。
位置很差，必须开车才能去海滩。
价格太贵了。
飞机就在公寓上空飞过。
空调在楼下。
楼上的卧室很热。
公寓非常实用、舒适，装修精美。小型泳池，配有多张躺椅。热情好客。
