Only booked because it was pet friendly and we were pleasantly surprised. Super friendly staff - shout out to Julie who we met when we checked in and Mike who helped us with dinner. All the rest of the staff was great as well! Very clean, spacious rooms and an amazing view of the gulf from our room! Unfortunately we were unable to use the pools and gym but we did get coffee at the attached coffeehouse and gift shop. Definitely recommend!!!

Hotel Indigo is our favorite hotel in OB. We stayed in room 2215 which is a family suite with bunkbeds and sofa bed in the living room and a king bed in a separate bedroom. The room was clean, very spacious, and comfortable. The front desk staff both morning and night as well as the breakfast attendant is always very friendly. Breakfast is pricey but exceptionally good. The hotel is very conveniently located. The only negative is that the hot water made the pipes rattle to a ridiculous extent in the hotel. We have stayed at this property at least 5 times, and this was the first time we noticed such an egregious rattling. My husband said that someone in a neighboring room showering at 4:30 A.M. woke him up. He was very displeased about it. But that is our only drawback, so I’m going to remember this room number and remember to not request it to request that we not be placed in that room next time . .

There’s no coffee or hot tea in the lobby. If you want coffee in the morning you have to wait until the kitchen opens and then it’s $3.

This was a fantastic hotel. We loved it. The amenities were great. The staff was fantastic. It was easy to get to the beach. We will definitely be booking it again.

No ocean view only of the parking lot. And next to the pool and smells like Clorox. Did not stay and had to pay for one night. If asked about the hotel I would not recommend. Had stayed before.

Treated like a burden
Was a good experience until the end just wanted to eat breakfast with my family before we left to Kentucky and staff at hotel where very rude and told us we had to leave due to outside food when we had bought the food we where eating from the restaurant the night before.. but staff didn't care...

They need to say you can’t walk to the beach from the hotel. It was fine to take the free shuttle but I would have liked to know you can’t walk to the beach
