Despite paying a significant amount for a short stay, the room quality was unacceptable. We were assigned a room on the 7th floor, which had multiple issues: - Broken wall - TV had no channels - Flush wasn't working - Room wasn't properly cleaned - Bed linens were of poor quality and dirty. Given the short duration of our stay and the issues we faced, I would not recommend this hotel to others. The management should focus on improving room quality and maintenance to provide a better experience for guests.

The stay was good & comfortable. Staff was considerate and helpful to help & check us in quite late in the night and arranged early breakfast too.

It was average. We went during the show of coldplay. It was pathetic. Not worth it. Overpriced. Can be considered as the last option.

Rooms had a weird smell plus no ventilation at all, no windows. Also it was hard to find the hotel as there is no sign or boards to guide. Only good thing was the proximity to dy patil and turbhe station.

Front office is non responsive and bills were not shared after repeated calls. The front desk staff didn't reply to calls after asking for the f&b bills
