Hotel room was very clean, the facility is a little confusing to navigate. An exit was market with a stairs placard, and our room was advertised as a queen bed, but it was a full bed.

Just an average hotel, kinda dirty in spots, if you are looking for a clean, nicer hotel I would look somewhere else. But it was fine for just one night.

Nice having a 2 bedroom 2 bath suite. Continental breakfast was decent. Room temperature contol was ver bad. Some rooms were too hot & others too cold & difficult to control.

We stayed overnight in Williston choosing this one for its price and relatively good reviews. The room was extremely spacious with even a separate bedroom. Only problem was I booked a double queen room and we only had one queen bed so we had to use the pull-out couch bed which had no linens. We just pulled the extra linens and pillows from the one queen bed for the kids to use on the pull-out. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay. There were some obvious stains on the carpet throughout the room but otherwise the room was clean. The fitness area is in a weird spot depending on which side of the hotel you’re staying in. There’s a Chinese buffet restaurant like right in the middle of the hotel so we had to go through it to get to the fitness room. It was a little weird. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked. Honestly probably one of the better breakfasts we’ve had at a hotel in a long while.

To make a long story short kept getting locked out of room because card kept demagnetizing and it was a long walk every time I had to go back to the desk to get it charged. Staff was untrained, unhappy seemed to me (I would be too if I worked there) really strange room arrangement not what was presented at booking. No snacks in the lobby area completely bare! Rooms were old out of date run down.We finally took a early checkout (at a fee) and went next door for the rest of our stay and that was a much, much better option for the same money! Do yourself a favor and do the same this property has clearly given up on providing a decent place to stay.

Once upon checking in we found our room completely dirty and the smell of smoke was overwhelming. We asked for a refund and stayed elsewhere.

The service & friendliness of the employees was awesome. The hotel & room was clean but the room might need a bit updating w/ furnishings. I would definitely stay again!
