Terrible service, cleaned room only once during all 7 days stay. They are scammers, it is written they are 5 stars, but maximum they have is 2*.
Poor breakfast, for coffee they provide nescafe gold.
The only good thing was, the jaccuzi in the room and amazing view.

Everything was a bad experience in this hotel, the only thing that was ok is the room. We stayed in this hotel for 3 days and they never bothered to clean the room!! Another catastrophe is the breakfast, it can be rated as 1 star hotel, even coffee was not available! We couldn't find anything that we can eat so we went for breakfast outside the hotel the second day even though we payed for the breakfast with our stay!

We were planning to stay a full week with a group. We have left the hotel after shower had no hot water for several days. Staff seem to shut of hot water supply and air conditioning when ever they want and saying it was broken. One night we came back after a long trip, the hot water was off again, the staff claimed that " it's not a time to take a shower ". We were shocked. The pool was said to be broken when we arrived. From our room view of the pool it seemed turbid and greenish, looking like it was neglected for several weeks, at least! After the group complained, they have cleared the water but didn't change it. The rooms had bad smell to them. Cleaning and fresh towels seemed to require special calls. Service was shameful, staff was embarrassing. We left to spend our weekend in another hotel. Extremely disappointing, avoid at all costs. There are plenty of fine hotels it the center of the city.
