太棒了，非常适合大家庭入住。我们一共六个人，我、我妻子还有四个孩子。
糟糕的自助入住流程。酒店完全没有任何通知。我不得不打电话给他们。他们贴出来的酒店前台电话号码也不是实际号码。当我费尽周折终于找到正确的电话后，前台却无人接听。这是我经历过的最差的自助入住体验。顺便说一下，他们贴出的前台（位于另一地点）地址也是错的，害得人白跑一趟去办理实体入住。
房间很大，能做饭洗衣服，就是办入住离公寓相距太远。
位置非常好，干净整洁，非常适合家庭和朋友入住。酒店前台人员也非常友好。🥇😀💯
地理位置好，公寓很大有2间浴室，走路去市中心（马德里皇宫、主广场）约20分钟，离2个地铁站5分钟左右，附近很多超市，买东西方便。公寓干净整洁，厨房用具都有，如果还有kattle 的话会更好。
非常舒适的公寓，适合2位成人和4位女孩入住。
公寓看起来和感觉都像是最近翻新过的。热浪来袭时，空调运转良好。街对面有一家超市。附近有餐厅。地理位置不错，但步行10分钟即可到达格兰大道。
房子本身很漂亮，很干净。地理位置优越，步行即可到达餐厅、购物中心、交通站等。我们的房间晚到了超过一个小时，这很不幸，因为我带着疲惫的小孩。我们预订了一套有 2 间卧室和一张可拉出的沙发的公寓，可供 5 个人睡觉。第一天晚上，我们试图拉出沙发，但拉不出来，然后当我儿子试图睡在上面时，沙发就歪了，塌了。地板上和沙发下都有弹簧。我们联系了接待处，他们不停地问我们是否打开了沙发，并告诉我们晚上 11 点没有维修人员。我们不得不把儿子放在地板上的枕头上。我们得到保证，早上维修人员会来修。第二天，我们出去游玩后很晚才回来。沙发没有修好，似乎有人来修过，但只是把它关上了。第二天晚上，我们再次尝试打开它，但它打不开，事实上更糟。我和前台沟通了，争论了40分钟，说门打不开，尽管他们坚称已经修好了。我威胁要去前台，要求找经理，最后他们叫了个紧急维修工。他来了，却打不开……我是葡萄牙人，所以理解他说门坏了。我儿子又没床了。经过一番争论，他们答应退还我们公寓50%的房费。所以，如果你要订5人间，一定要检查一下拉出式门。房间的所有部件都应该能正常使用！
