Very clean room, good service and the bathroom was modern and new ( the water pressure was amazing). Breakfast was nice, food quality could be better but it was also free. Would stay here again.

到的那天前台告知预定的房间只剩一间，好在给免费升房型了，整体服务还算不错。房间比较干净，早餐稍微有点简单。入住第二天酒店WIFI连不上网，到第三天快退房的时候才好，效率有点低下。
房间非常干净，晚上也很安静。可惜的是，整个酒店只有一辆行李车。两部电梯中，有一部坏了，所以等电梯的时间很长。房间钥匙不能用泳池，所以每次有人想用泳池，前台都得帮忙开锁。我们好不容易到了泳池区，却发现没有毛巾。
房费包含的早餐很棒！
新酒店。靠近奥黑尔机场
非常新的酒店。房间宽敞舒适。
靠近芝加哥机场。靠近主要购物中心。附近有很多餐厅可供选择。如果您计划前往芝加哥，交通会比较拥堵。推荐给需要赶早班飞机的旅客。距离机场15分钟路程
我的房间很棒，我很喜欢这次住宿。我到的时候房间非常干净舒适。我太喜欢了。我的天哪，我正考虑下周再来。我来自佐治亚州亚特兰大，以后来我一定会住凯悦酒店，谢谢。

我喜欢房间，大家都很友善，早餐也不错。但我不太喜欢房间里的味道，空调漏水，地毯都被浸湿了，散发着霉味。他们吸尘了，但味道又出现了。我们要求他们喷洒化学药剂，但一个小时后味道又回来了。
房间非常脏。床垫污渍严重，床单也很脏。浴室门坏了，他们更换了床垫和床单，并修好了门。枕头也很旧，根本没法用。他们说会减免两晚的房费，但我们没有收到任何相关信息或退款详情。我们正在等待回复。
工作人员很友好，服务也很棒。我们的住宿舒适干净。
