房间非常大干净，靠近商业中心，周边非常方便离火车站和中餐厅很近。还会再来入住，这里去天鹅堡半小时车程
酒店服务和员工态度都很好，给我们留下了非常美好的回忆。要是房间里有冰箱和拖鞋就更完美了。
一直住 Bigbox ，这次换个酒店，很不错，房间也大。
位置很好，床上有放两小袋哈瑞宝，附近有家亚洲餐馆里的越南粉很好吃
房间布置有现代气息，简单明了，房垫舒适，卫生一流，卫生间宽敞大气。大堂有餐厅，提供晚餐，早餐丰盛，各种火腿、面包、饮料等。停车费每天只有8欧，距离天鹅堡35分钟车程，是很好的选择。
临走的时候酒店还提供免费瓶装水，甚至啤酒，很贴心。

失望……我们一到就被迫签署一份德文文件，以尊重厕所的使用……？？？在这种现代化的场所里安装粉碎式马桶真是可耻，本身就是设计错误，而强迫人们签署甚至没有英文版的文件更是可耻——工作人员不友好，从来不笑……——房间没有空调，这是第二个设计错误！——我们被安排在行动不便人士专用的房间，这对我们来说很不方便，最后，车库的价格在预订和付款之间上涨了12.5%……不对劲
漂亮的精品酒店，水疗中心也很棒。
一切都很完美：房间、设计、早餐和水疗中心都很棒。只是抵达时的接待服务不太友好。
强烈推荐，一定会再去。
很不错的新酒店，安静而又地处中心位置，靠近肯普滕市中心。房间干净且维护良好。早餐可以更加多样化一些，但肯定能满足每个人的需求。健身房的跑步机肯定需要维修，因为它一直在打滑（我向前台报告了这个问题）。除此之外，一切都很棒，员工友好且乐于助人。
