The towels and sheets had a damp, musty smell. Even after taking a shower, the unpleasant odor would stick to my body when I used the towel — it was really unpleasant. Even when I asked for new towels, they still smelled musty, which was quite frustrating.
Also, although I hung the sign requesting room cleaning, it was somehow flipped to the “Do Not Disturb” side, and the room ended up not being cleaned — that was disappointing.
The internet speed in the room was below average, but the connection in the lobby was impressively fast, exceeding 300 Mbps.
