Great hotel with great views. Hotel staff too good and awesome. Neat and beautiful clean rooms. We stay 2 night great experience. Food and service too good. Housekeeping staff very helpful and humble.fast service. Great experience and environment. Cab service also too good

The excellent service and ambient staff was good specially i recommend to evryone if you visit Sikkim once a time come this hotel and stay ,you feel heaven...but booking is compalsary...............................................

The *** at the reception is not helpful at all. I went with my family there and had booked this hotel to stay overnight. Checked in late evening and checked out early morning the very next day. The linen were dirty and when requested to change, was refused as they said they don’t have extra quilts or bed sheets as all rooms were occupied. The rooms do not look like images shown on booking websites. You will have to ask for the ammenities as they will not be provided by the hotel. coming to food now, because of the location we had to dine at their restaurant, Alpine. Seems like they have only 1 gas stove as it took them more than 1 hour to get the food on our table. They serve tables one by one. If others at a different table are eating then you will have to wait for them to finish off before the staff brings out your food. Overall I would recommend this hotel only to those who are willing to have a camping experience but inside the walls of a hotel.

I am a solo traveller and sometimes you feel unsafe and lonely but when I visited Sikkim i felt it is my second home and place where i stay The staff(Satish Singh)helped me with palaces where to visit and they help me with local food and last but not the least service awesome ***

We had an excellent stay in Sobralia Namchi. Nice property, good location, superb view. Very nice stuff and service. Absolute value for money. Amidst beauty of nature can be enjoyed during the stay. All expected facilities are available for the guest. Mr. Satish Singh great and humble..
