The hotel is nice, but not clean enough for my taste. The room has a special design, but there are a few stains on the carpet and the curtain, and even a candy wrapper under the sofa. Although we were supposed to have a park view, we actually had a view of a rooftop. I liked the hotel’s pools and beach. I found it inappropriate that we weren’t informed that dinner costs 49 leva per person, and that drinks such as juice and still water were charged separately. The waitress, who didn’t seem very friendly, came to ask for payment right after we finished eating. It was unpleasant. I didn’t really like the ladies at the reception either—they seemed bored and not at all cheerful.
