We stayed here and got exactly what we had booked. We didn't utilise the restaurant, however the room was clean, tidy and well kept. The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful and the cleaning staff very polite. Would definitely stay here again. The hotel itself was very central to the shops, gardens, restaurants and cafes.

Unfortunately, the self-closing doors were quite noisy if people left them to close by themselves which could be heard late in the evening and early morning. The restaurant was a little disappointing.

Ordered room service - food was poor: felt like frozen vegetables, plastic potato mash and tired chips cooked in stale oil.
Room was fine with plenty of space and modern bathroom.
Wifi desperately waiting for upgrade.

Was a brilliant location. Close to shops and Laurel Bank Park. Had a king bed which was extremely comfortable. Map to find our room on the 2nd storey was a bit confusing. Overall, brilliant.

Great onsite restaurant and Bar ...easy walk to Grand Central shopping Centre...Smart TV lots of parking bays.
店里装修非常有特色，非常适合📷拍照，挺出片的服务员会主动打招呼，非常贴心，为服务好评在高层能够通过窗户看到远处，让心情变得更好了虽然位置有点难找，但胜在人少，没有嘈杂的环境，整个氛围非常nice，不错子😁
非常安静整洁的酒店。适合在城市短暂停留的过客。
工作人员真的非常友好和乐于助人！唯一让人失望的是所谓的“含早餐”——我额外付了50美元，但到了那里才发现这50美元仅仅是张代金券？感觉有点被坑了。没有像其他地方那样提供无限量的咖啡或果汁。下次我肯定不会再加早餐了，如果房间价格不包含额外福利，我会把这50美元花在别处。除此之外，住宿体验还是不错的！
